1. Replacement Policy
We only offer product replacement for items that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or broken upon arrival
- Incorrect product received
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
2. No Return & No Refund After Delivery
We do not provide refunds once the product has been delivered.
Products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor color/design variation due to handcrafted nature
- Incorrect ordering by customer
Only replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items will be accepted.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order before the product is shipped.
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or processing fees.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved cancellation refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
5. Non-Replaceable Items
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery
- The request is made after the allowed reporting period
- The product is damaged due to mishandling by the customer
